Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 5 February 2011. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Codes of practice) (1) Schedule 1, part 1— insert — ‘Cash in Transit Code of Practice 2011 5 February 2011’. (2) Schedule 1, part 2, entry for the Cash in Transit Industry Code of Practice 2001— omit . 5 Amendment of sch 3 (Repealed codes of practice) Schedule 3— insert— ‘5 Codes of practice repealed by Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No.1) 2011 ‘The Cash in Transit Code of Practice 2001, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 191 of the Act, has been repealed by the Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 1) 2011.
