Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 February 2010. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Codes of practice) (1) Schedule 1, part 1— insert — ‘Manual Tasks Code of Practice 2010 1 February 2010’. (2) Schedule 1, part 3, entry for the Manual Tasks Advisory Standard 2000— omit . 5 Amendment of sch 3 (Repealed codes of practice) (1) Schedule 3, section 2, at the end— insert— ‘Editor’s note — The Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 2) 2009 commenced on 2 September 2009.’.
