Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 3 July 2009. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Insertion of new s 7 After section 6— insert — ‘7 Notice of repeal of code of practice, and of making of repealing instrument ‘(1) Schedule 3 lists each code of practice that has been repealed under section 41(2) of the Act. ‘(2) The instrument that under schedule 3 repeals the code of practice has been made.’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Codes of practice) (1) Schedule 1, part 1— insert — ‘Scaffolding Code of Practice 2009 3 July 2009’.
