s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2007 No. 8, 2007 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 2 February 2007. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Insertion of new s 6 After section 5A— insert — ‘6 Notice of repeal of Forest Harvesting Industry Code of Practice 2000 ‘(1) The Forest Harvesting Industry Code of Practice 2000, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 191 of the Act, is repealed. ‘(2) This section expires the day after it commences.’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Codes of practice) (1) Schedule 1, part 1— insert— ‘Forest Harvesting Code of Practice 2007 2 February 2007’. (2) Schedule 1, part 3, entry for the Forest Harvesting Industry Code of Practice 2000 (as amended by the amendment that commenced on 1 February 2003)— omit.
