s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) No. 75, 2006 Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Notice of making of codes of practice—Act, s 41(2)) (1) Section 4, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1’. (2) Section 4(1), footnote, from ‘Current’ to ‘amendments,’— omit, insert— ‘ Codes of practice ’. 4 Amendment of s 5 (Former advisory standards, or industry codes of practice, continued as codes of practice) Section 5, ‘The schedule’— omit, insert— ‘Schedule 1’. 5 Insertion of new s 5A After section 5— insert— ‘5A Notice of amendment of code of practice ‘Schedule 2 lists codes of practice that have been amended and the instrument that amended the code of practice.’.
