The approval of the Code of Practice for Safeguarding of Rural Plant (1992) is revoked. ˙ Code of practice approved—Act, s 34(1) 3. The Code of Practice for Plant (1993) and the Code of Practice for the Safe Design and Operation of Tractors (1991) have been revised so that they do not apply to rural plant used at a rural workplace. A copy of the new code is available for inspection without charge during normal office hours at an office of the department’s Division of Workplace Health and Safety. A copy is also available from Goprint.
