This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Certificates) Exemption Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Certificates) Exemption Notice 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 7 3. After section 6— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed occupations—exemption ‘ 7.(1) This section applies to a person who is an employee, employer or principal contractor in relation to work performed in the prescribed occupations 1 of— (a) operator of a boom type elevating work platform with a boom length of 11 m or more; and (b) operator of a mobile truck mounted concrete placing boom with a knuckle boom capable of power operated slewing and luffing. ‘ (2) The person is exempted from the operation of section 109 of the Actuntil the end of 31 August 1995. ‘ (3) This section expires on 31 August 1995.’. 1 Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1989 , section 33 sets out the prescribed occupations.
