This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1995 . ˙ Amendment of sch 9 (Dictionary) 3. Schedule 9— insert— ‘ “asbestos materials” see the Workplace Health and Safety (Asbestos Removal Work) Compliance Standard 1996 , section 4. “asbestos removalist” means a person who removes asbestos materials.’.
