This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 February 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the WorkplaceHealthandSafety(Miscellaneous) Regulation 1995 .’. ˙ Omission of pts 2–7, 10, 13, 19 and 20 5. Parts 2 to 7, 10, 13, 19 and 20— omit. ˙ Omission of ss 56 and 57 6. Sections 56 and 57— omit.
