s1 2 s6 Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation No. 169, 2003 (No. 3) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WorkplaceHealthandSafetyRegulation 1997. 3 Amendment of s 3A (References to standards) Section 3A, ‘1 November 1997’— omit, insert— ‘1 April 2003’. 4 Amendment of s 68 (What is “excessive noise”) (1) Section 68(2)(a), ‘, as in force at 5 March 1998’ — omit. (2) Section 68(2)(b), footnote, ‘the organisation’s’ — omit, insert— ‘Standards Australia’s’. 5 Amendment of s 75I (Amendment of work method statement) Section 75I(1), penalty— omit. 6 Amendment of s 76 (Meaning of “construction diving work”) Section 76(4)(d), from ‘if’— omit, insert— ‘if the photographing, filming, videoing or making of a sound recording is for the production of a souvenir; or’.
