s1 2 s3 Workplace Health and Safety Amendment (No. 3) No. 273, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 28 (Director to be notified of change) 3.(1) Section 28(1), (2) and (3), ‘immediately’— omit . (2) After section 28(3)— insert— ‘ (3A) The holder must notify the Director of the change within 28 days after the change. ‘ (3B) If the Director is notified of a change under subsection (1), (2) or (3) within the specified time, the Director must pay to the holder the amount of the decrease (if any) between— (a) the fee as reassessed; and (b) the fee as last assessed.’.
