2 Workplace Health and Safety Amendment (No. 3) No. 186, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Sections 3 and 4(5) to (10) commence on 1 July 1992. (2) Section 4(1) to (4) commences on 1 February 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 4.(1) Schedule 2 (clause 2(a) and (b))— omit, insert— ‘ (a) Category 3, the fee is $26.50 plus $8.10; and (b) Category 4, the fee is $26.50 plus $13.00; ’.
