s1 2 s4 Workplace Health and Safety Amendment RegulationNo. 75, 2007 (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WorkplaceHealthandSafetyRegulation 1997 . 3 Insertion of new s 229B After section 229A— insert — ‘229B Workplace health and safety representative training course ‘For section 81(1)(o) of the Act, the training course accredited under the VocationalEducation,TrainingandEmploymentAct 2000 , mentioned in schedule 2A, is prescribed.’. 4 Insertion of new schedule 2A After schedule 2— insert— ‘Schedule 2A Workplace health and safety representatives training course section 229B ‘Course code Course name 30630QLD Course in functioning as a workplace health and safety representative’.
