This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1997 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) 3. Schedule 1, after section 6— insert— ˙ ‘ Report about occupational health and safety performance for the WorkCover Queensland Act 1996 ‘ 7.(1) This section sets the fee for the preparation of a report about the occupational health and safety performance of an employer or group employer for the purpose of an application or renewal for self-insurance under the WorkCover Queensland Act 1996 . ‘ (2) The fee is calculated as follows— (a) for an employer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
