This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1997 . ˙ Amendment of s 56 (What is “specified work”) 3. Section 56(1)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) the type of work that is construction work (regardless of the estimated final price of the work) done by someone who, when doing the work, can fall— (i) for residential construction work—more than 3.0 m; or (ii) for other construction work—2.4 m or more; or’. (2) Section 56— insert— ‘ (3) In this section— “residential construction work” means work to build or extend a domestic house or an associated building.’. ENDNOTES 1.
