This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 170 3. Section 170— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Expiry of pts 2–18 and 21 ‘ 170.
