This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 71A 3. In part 11— insert — ˙ ‘ Expiry day ‘ 71A.(1) For the purposes of section 189(1) of the Act, the expiry day is 1 July 1996. ‘ (2) This section expires on 1 July 1996.’. ENDNOTES 1.
