This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4(2) and (3) commence on 1 July 1994. (2) However, section 4(3) is not effective if an amendment to Schedule 2, item 6 commences before or at the same time as this regulation. (3) Section 4(1) commences on 1 February 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation1989 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule 2, items 2 to 4— omit, insert— ‘ Application for registration or renewal of registration of industrial workplaces ‘ 2. If the main activity at the workplace is classified in Schedule 5 as Category 3 or 4, the fee is $27.50 plus, for each person over 2 persons employed (including persons self-employed and employed part-time or full-time and employers) between 1 February of the year and 31 January of the next year— (i) for Category 3—$8.30; or (ii) for Category 4—$13.40. ‘ 3.
