s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation No. 312, 2006 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation 2006 . 2 Commencement Section 5 commences on 1 February 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WorkplaceHealthandSafetyRegulation 1997. 4 Amendment of s 243 (Construction work—general induction evidence from 1 January 2006) Section 243(1), ‘1 January 2007’— omit, insert — ‘30 July 2007’. 5 Replacement of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1— omit, insert— ‘Schedule 1 Fees section 4 $ ‘1 Notification of building and construction work (1) This section sets the fee, under section 47, for the notification of building and construction work. (2) The fee is 0.125% of the cost of the building and construction work.
