s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) No. 299, 2001 Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2001 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2001 . 2 Commencement Section 5(3) commences on 1 March 2002. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998. 4 Insertion of new s 4 (1) After section 3— insert— ‘4 Advisory standard repealed ‘ (1) The Manual Tasks Involving the Handling of People Advisory Standard 2000 has been repealed by the Manual Tasks Involving the Handling of People Advisory Standard 2001. ‘ (2) The repeal takes effect on 1 March 2002. ‘ (3) This section expires the day after it commences.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Advisory standards) (1) Schedule, entry for Manual Tasks Involving the Handling of People Advisory Standard 2000, from ‘(expires 5 years’ to ‘1 February 2000)’— omit, insert— ‘(expires on 1 March 2002)’. (2) Schedule— insert—
