s1 2 s4 Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) No. 10, 2004 Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This notice commences at the end of 7 March 2004. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Advisory standards) (1) Schedule 1, entries for the following advisory standards— • A-C Sheeting Advisory Standard 1999 • Asbestos Removal Work Advisory Standard 1999 • First Aid Advisory Standard 1999 • Noise Advisory Standard 1999 omit. (2) Schedule 1— insert— ‘Asbestos Advisory Standard 2004 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 8 March 2004) 1 First Aid Advisory Standard 2004 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 8 March 2004) Noise Advisory Standard 2004 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 8 March 2004)’. 1 This advisory standard replaces the A-C Sheeting Advisory Standard 1999 and the Asbestos Removal Work Advisory Standard 1999.
