This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2. This notice commences on 1 September 1999. ˙ Notice amended 3. This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998 . ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Code of Practice for Plant amended) 4. Section 5(2)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) The Code of Practice for Plant has been amended by including supplement no. 2 (Legionella control in airconditioning units and cooling towers). ‘ (3) The Code of Practice for Plant has been amended by including supplement no. 3 (Safe design and operation of tractors).’. ˙ Omission of s 6 (Code of Practice for Plant amended) 5. Section 6— omit. ˙ Replacement of s 7 (Repeal) 6. Section 7— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Repeal ‘ 7. The following advisory standards have been repealed—
