Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance 1951

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation

(Amendment) Ordinance 1982}

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July

1982.

3. Section 12A of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance 19512 is

amended by omitting from sub-section (2) "157.4" and substituting "51.6".
