Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation
(Amendment) Ordinance 1980.1
Compulsory insurance
2. Section 18 of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance 1951 2 is

" ( 3 A ) Where, before or after the commencement of the Workmen's
Compensation (Amendment) Ordinance 1980—
(a) an employer obtains from an approved insurer a policy of insurance or indemnity in accordance with sub-section (1); and (b) at any time when that policy is in force an order is made by a Court for the winding up of the insurer under a law of the Territory or of a State or another Territory,
the employer shall, within 30 days after the date of the order, or the commencement of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Ordinance 1980, whichever is the later, obtain from another approved insurer a policy of insurance or indemnity in accordance with sub-section (1) and shall at all
