Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Working with Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2017.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Working with Children (Criminal

Record Checking) Regulations 2005.

4.	Schedule 2 amended In Schedule 2 after the item for s. 474.25B insert:
s. 474.25C Using a carriage service to prepare or plan to cause harm to, engage in sexual activity with, or procure for sexual activity, persons under 16
