Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Working with Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Working with Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3:

(a) in item 1(a) delete "$80.00" and insert:

$82.00

(b) in item 1(b) delete "$10.80" and insert:
