Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Working with Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Working with Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Regulations 2005.

4.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10(3) delete “those sections are” and insert:

5.             Regulation 18 amended

In regulation 18(3) in the definition of driver’s licence endorsed
with extension F or T delete “Road Traffic Act 1974” and
insert:

Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008

6.             Regulation 20 amended

In regulation 20(2)(b) delete “within the meaning of the
Electricity Transmission and Distribution Systems (Access)
Act 1994; or” and insert:

as defined in the Electricity Corporations Act 2005 section 3(1);
or
