1, the Governor, acting under the Gas Sertiices Information Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclaination is tiublished in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of t hat. Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Notes- Under the Gas Sen ices Information Regulations 2012 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Gas Services Information Act 2012 section 7 comes into operation.

Under the Eleetrieily Industry (Independent Market Operator) Amend nwnl Reg&ulions 20I2 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2. come into operation on the day on which the Gas Sere ices Information Act 2012 section 7 comes into operation.

Made by the Governor , in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Working with Children (Criminal

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Working tii ith Children (Criminal
Record Checking) Regulations 2005.

4.             Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
