Working with Children (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Working with Children Regulations 2006 to increase the application fees payable under the Working with Children Act 2005.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 49 of the Working with Children Act 2005.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

4Application fees

In the Table in regulation 7 of the Working with Children Regulations 2006[1]—

(a)for "$70" substitute "$71.70";

(b)for "$16" substitute "$16.40".
