Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Variation Regulations 2012.

2—Commencement

1. Subject to subregulation (2), these regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

(2)Regulation 5 will be taken to have come into operation on 31 August 2011.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 5—Contract of service and other terms (section 3 of Act)

Regulation 5(6)(d)—delete paragraph (d)

5—Variation of regulation 10—Agencies of the Crown (section 61 of Act)

Regulation 10(c)—delete paragraph (c) and substitute:

(c)Royal District Nursing Service of SA Limited.

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
