Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Declaration of Validity) Act 1993

An Act to put beyond question the validity and textual authenticity of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 1992.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

1—Short title

This Act may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Declaration of Validity) Act 1993.

2—Declaration of validity and textual authenticity

  1. (1)

    The Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 1992 (No. 84 of 1992) is declared to be, and since the date of its assent to have been, an Act of the Parliament.

  2. (2)

    The text of the Act as certified by the Clerk and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly is the authentic text of the Act.
