138 ( uanz1& ANNO VICESIMO PRIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 21 of 1972 An Act to Amend The Workers' Homes Acts Repeal Acts 1961 to 1964 in certain particulars [ASSENTED TO 19TH DECEMBER, 1972] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Acts Repeal Act Amendment Act 1972. (2) The Workers' Homes Acts Repeal Act of 1961 as subsequently amended is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Acts Repeal Act 1961-1972.
Workers' Homes Acts Repeal Act Amendment Act 1972, No. 21 139 2. Amendment of s. 9 . Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by, in subparagraph (a) of the proviso, omitting the expression. " four thousand pounds (£4,000) " and inserting in its stead the expression " $12,000 ". 3. Amendment of s. 11 . Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by, in subsection 4, omitting the words " two thousand two hundred and fifty pounds " and inserting in their stead the expression " $4,500 ".
