AN ACT to amend Section 441a of the Workers' Homes Act,

1911-1928.

[Assented to 15th April, 1929.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1929.

The words "or for the purpose of enlarging a dwelling- Amendment of

44b.

house of which he is the owner" in paragraph (4) of section

44b of the Workers' Homes Act, 1911-1.928, are hereby trans-

posed to paragraph (3) thereof, and are inserted therein to follow the words "of discharging a mortgage upon one dwelling-house of which he is the owner" in the said para- graph (3), and the words "which advances the Board, as a State authority, is hereby authorised to accept, under and subject to the provisions of that Act," are inserted in the

third line of the said section 44b, between the figures "1.928"

and the word "may."
