AN ACT to further amend the Workers' Homes

Act, 1911.

[Assented to 31st December, 1925.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1925, and shall be read as one with the

Workers' Homes Act, 1911, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Section eight of the principal Act is amended by delet- ing the proviso to the first paragraph and inserting in place thereof the words "Provided that the cost of such erection or construction, including sewerage connections, shall not in the case of any dwelling-house exceed six hundred and fifty pounds."
