AN ACT to amend the Workers' Homes Act,

1911.

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Act Amend-

ment Act, 1914, and shall be read as one with the Workers' Homes

Act, 1911.

The Board may, in cases of hardship, extend the due date for the payment of any moneys payable by a lessee or mortgagor to the Board, for such time, and upon such terms and conditions, as the Board, with the approval of the Minister, may think fit.

This section shall have effect from the first day of August,
