AN ACT relating to Advances to the Workers' Homes Board under the provisions of the Commonwealth Housing Act, 1927-1928.

13 E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative
this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows:—
| Short title. | 1. | This Act may be cited as the Workers' Homes Act, |
1929, and shall be read as one with the Workers' Homes Act,
1911 -1928.

It shall be lawful for the State, by the Treasurer, to guarantee the payment by the Workers' Homes Board to the Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia of all prin- cipal and interest due and to become due from the said Board to the Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia in respect of advances under the provisions of the Common- wealth Housing Act, 1927-1928, that have hitherto been and may hereafter be made by the Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia to the said Board as a prescribed authority under the said Act; and the Consolidated Revenue Fund is hereby appropriated for the purposes of this Act.
