I, the Minister for Finance and Services, in pursuance of section 82A (4) of the Workers
Compensation Act 1987, make the following Order.

calculating the variation of the weekly payment to be paid to a worker under section 82A of the Workers
Compensation Act 1987. That section provides that weekly payments are to be varied on 1 April and
1 October in each year.
This Order is made under section 82A (4) of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

This Order is the Workers Compensation (Weekly Payments Indexation) Amendment
Order 2015.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on 1 April 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
