I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September, 1994 as the day on which Schedules 2 (13) and 3 (3) and (6) to that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Workers Compensation Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1994. The main part of the Act commenced on the date of assent (2 May 1994).
