WORKERS COMPENSATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT

ACT 1995 No. 30—PROCLAMATION

By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1995 as the day on which that Act (Schedules 3 and 6 excepted) commences.

Note: This Proclamation commences all the provisions of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 1995, except Schedules 3 and 6 (which amend the Workers Compensation Act 1987 in respect of interim payment of damages and the liability for workers compensation).
