Amounts) Amendment Order (No 3) 2018

I, the Minister for Finance, Services and Property, in pursuance of sections 82A and 82BA of the

Workers Compensation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The objects of this Order are: B
(a) to notify the number that equates to the factor ---- used in the formula for calculating the variation of
the weekly payment paid to a worker under section 82A of the Workers Compensation Act 1987, and C
(b) to notify the amount that is to apply as the minimum amount of weekly payments of compensation

payable for workers with highest needs under section 38A of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

This Order is made under sections 82A (4) and 82BA (3) of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Workers Compensation (Indexation of Amounts) Amendment Order
(No 3) 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 October 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
