Made by the Commissioner under section 293 of the Act after consultation with the Director.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Workers' Compensation (DRD) Amendment

2.            The rules amended

The amendment in these rules is to the Workers' Compensation
(DRD) Rules 2005*.

3.             Rule 94 amended

Rule 94(1) is amended by deleting "within 10 days of the decision".
