Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Workers' Compensation (Compensation

Magistrate's Court) Repeal Rules 2005.

2.            Commencement

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, G. M. PIKE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These rules come into operation on the day on which section 130 of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act 2004 comes into operation.

3.            Repeal

The Workers' Compensation (Compensation Magistrate's
Court) Rules 1994 are repealed.
