Citation
1. These rules may be cited as the Workers' Compensation Board Amendment

Principal Rules
2. In these rules the Workers' Compensation Board Rules 1982* are referred to

as "the principal rules."

Rule 16
3. Sub-rules (5) and (6) of rule 16 of the principal rules are amended by inserting

4. Appendix A of the principal rules is amended by inserting at the top of the

first page of each of forms 1 to 6 inclusive the following heading—

Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 ".
