WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1991 (2)

Made by the Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Board.
Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Workers' Compensation Board Amendment

Rules 1991 (2) and shall come into effect on 17 May 1991.
Principal Rules

2. In these rules the Workers' Compensation Board Rules 1982* are referred to

as "the principal rules."
Appendix A: Forms 13-18

3.Appendix A of the principal rules is amended by substituting " Workers'

Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 " for "Workers' Compensation and Assistance Act 1981" where it occurs in the headings to Forms 13 to 18 inclusive.
