WORKERS COMPENSATION BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1990

Made by the Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Board.
Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Workers' Compensation Board Amendment

Rules 1990 (3) and shall come into effect on 1 January 1991.
Principal Rules

2. In these rules the Workers' Compensation Board Rules 1982* are referred

to as the principal rules.

Rule 50 amended

3. The principal rules are amended by substituting for Rule 50 a new rule in

the following terms—

" Review of Registrars' or taxing officer's orders

50. Any party seeking to have an order or direction of the Registrar, including an order made by the Registrar by virtue of a direction of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman of the Board pursuant to subsection 30 of section 112 of the Act, or of a taxing officer of the Board reviewed by the Board or by the Chairman or Deputy Chairman as the case may be shall apply within 14 days of the order or direction concerned. "
