I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation (Benefits) Amendment Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1992 as the day on which Schedule 3 (1) and (2) to that Act, and section 3 of that Act in its application to those provisions, commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the remaining uncommenced provisions of the Workers Compensation (Benefits) Amendment Act 199 1. The provisions contain amendments relating to the amount of excess that certain employers are required to repay to their insurers in respect of claims paid. The rest of the Act commenced on 1 February 1992.
