Made under section 176(1a) by the Governor in Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Commission.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation
and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees)
Regulations 1998*.
