Made by the Governor in Executive Council, on the recommendation of the WorkCover Western Australia Authority, under section 176(1a).
1. Citation
These regulations are the Workers' Compensation and
Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2005.2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees)
Regulations 1998*.[* Reprinted as at 24 May 2002. For amendments to 19 October 2005 see Western Australian

Regulation 1 is amended by deleting "Rehabilitation" and inserting instead -
Injury Management ".
4. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 Part 3 is repealed and the following Part is inserted instead -
