Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council, on the
recommendation of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation
Commission.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation
and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees) Regulations
1998*.

3.             Schedule 3 replaced

Schedule 3 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead —
