Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in section 176(1a).
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Workers' Compensation
and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2001.2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Workers'
Compensation and Rehabilitation (Scales of Fees)
Regulations 1998*.

Regulation 6 is amended by deleting "$138.65" and inserting instead -

4. Regulation 7A inserted
After regulation 7 the following regulation is inserted -44
7A. Scale of fees - osteopaths Under section 176(la)(a)(viii) of the Act, the amount of $47 is prescribed as the fee to be paid to an osteopath for an osteopathic consultation with a worker suffering disabilities that are compensable under the Act.
[Note: "Osteopathy" was approved as an "approved treatment" under
section 5(1) of the Act in Gazette 29/9/2000. p. 5564.] ,, 5. Schedule 5 replaced
Schedule 5 is deleted and the following Schedule is inserted instead -
